Rating by category:
It is exactly what we expected from a hotel located in the very center of Paris. All museums and other places, shopping included very accesible by walk or metro, rooms a little bit larger than Paris standard, very nice and helpful personnel, tiny breakfast room, but who cares . . .
The location is unbeatable. Two metro stations are very close. Staffs were all very nice. Room is ok, but with the price we got during the time we stucked in Paris because of the volcanic ash, it's comfotable enough.
Don't rely on the airport shuttle bus, we booked it 2 days before, but the shuttle bus just not CAME..not late...but no show! Thanks to the lady at the reception that called us a taxi.
The hotel is very well located and with easy access to the main touristic places.
Our room was very small (but seems to be common in Paris)
The athmosphere is good, reception very kind, wonderful lady (red hair) at the breakfast.Fine location.
The prices are now very high in hotels of Paris.
The counter staff are friendly and offered very good advice on how to move around. Excellent location next to the Madeleine Station. within walking distance to Printemps and Gallery Larfayet.
The triple room is very small and tight, no extra socket for computer or charging phone.
Clean and big enough to live for 5 nights
Breakfast should be a bit cheaper.
very good location, but thought it a bit expensive
Great location near a lot of sights and shopping. Helpful pleasant staff. Our room at the back of the hotel was quiet.
13€ for breakfast was expensive for what we got. Better options available nearby. The triple room was not really a triple and was not the one pictured on the website.
The location was very central and perfect for sightseeing.
There were no business facilities so not great for business trips.
Hotel is a good position and it is very close the shopping centers and to metro. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and staffs are very kind.
The location was great. Also, having an air conditioner (cool air) was a nice amenity.
The location was excellent and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.
The statement that children under 10 sharing parents room with existing bedding was misleading. Because hotel rules do not allow 4 to occupy a double room. I had 2 children aged 4 and 8. Fortunately since the hotel was able to provide me with a triple room this did not become an issue. It would be better to state the number of persons per each category of rooms
Convenience to Madeleine area of Paris
Hotel was basic and very over priced for facilities, even by Paris standards. Room was adequate in size and dully but adequately decorated. Main complaint was lack of exit possibilities in case of a fire on the main stairs. The room window opened onto a central well - very little light and no possible exit. Fire instructions were to open window to make people aware of presence. In case of a fire we would have been totally isolated and unable to escape. Use of rooms at back of hotel with these conditions should be banned.
The location is good. rer and metro are less than 200 metres away. Shopping areas are also nearby which are less than 300 metres away.
The room 602 has 2 bedrooms. The smaller room is extremely noisy throughout the day and night because of the water pump. It viberates every 45 minutes even though it is 2 am. The walls at the bigger bedroom are 60 slanted degree. Therefore, it is not ideal for family with the height of more than 1.7 metres tall. Those with 25kg luggage has to get prepared to carry the luggage from level 5 to level 6 through the narrow staircase.
very good location, in the centre of Paris, underground parking at 200m, quiet at nights, ideal for city trip or shopping
